Just Graze is a family business, run by husband and wife duo, Jim and Karlie Oliver. We have been together since 2011, live in East Kent, and have three young children, Dexter, Elsie and Violet. Karlie has a background of visual merchandising and management, whilst Jim has experience in the catering world and business management. We believe that this, teamed with our love of food and passion for success, makes us the perfect team!

The idea for Just Graze originated after our wedding in 2018. We held our wedding reception in The Littlebourne Barn near Canterbury, and just seven weeks prior to the wedding, we realised we couldn’t go ahead with the hog roast we had booked for the big day! The barn has heavy restrictions in place, due to the barn itself being a listed building with a thatched roof, and no naked flames are permitted anywhere on site! We liked the idea of a grazing table, but local graze caterers were few and far between, and those we found were fully booked, meaning we actually had an afternoon tea wedding breakfast, with a makeshift grazing table thrown together by the bridal party in the evening! This then led to about six weeks of us eating smaller scale grazing platters for dinner, at least twice a week (!), and we quickly realised we were huge fans of this contemporary food trend. Over dinner one evening, we decided we were going to set up our own graze catering company, and after a few days of toying with business name ideas, Just Graze was born!
