Are you fully insured and a registered caterer?

Yes, we are fully insured and registered with the local authority, as required by law

where do you deliver? WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We deliver our platters for free locally within the CT7-CT12 postcodes, and can deliver further for a travel charge.

WHAT IS YOUR FOOD HYGEINE RATING?
 

We have a Level 2 in Food Safety & Hygiene, and a food hygiene rating of 5.

how do i book? can i order last minute?

DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Of course, just let us know upon booking.

Are you fully insured and a registered caterer?

Yes, we are fully insured and registered with the local authority, as required by law.

WILL YOU CATER FOR SOMEONEE WITH AN ALLERGY?

Please discuss when booking. We will do our best to accomodate, but our kitchen handles all main allergens, so there is a risk of cross contamination.

WILL YOU POST PICTURES OF MY EVENT ONLINE?

Yes it's likely. Unless a customer explicitly asks us not to use images taken at their event.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
  

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

HOW long can i leave the food out on display for?

Food can be kept fresh for a maximum of 4 hours at room temperature in a cool spot out of direct sunlight. After this, simply dispose of any leftovers.

DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Of course, just let us know upon booking!

We can cater for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free diets and halal.

WHY DOES MY ORDER LOOK DIFFERENT TO WHAT IS ONLINE?

As our produce is sourced locally and can be seasonal, they are subject to availability and substitutions. We may also face supplier issues occasionally.

Please read through all the below, as by purchasing any of our products you thereby are agreeing to all of our Terms and Conditions.

FOOD HANDLING

When platters are received, please keep chilled and consume the same day. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards.

The customer is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. Just Graze will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time. This applies to all platters and grazing tables.

PRODuct AVAILABILITY

As our produce is sourced locally and can be seasonal, there may be slight changes to our products occasionally. We may also face supplier availability issues from time to time. In these instances, appropriate substitutions will be made.

ALLERGIES

Please notify of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout/upon booking. We cannot accommodate special allergy requests, due to the high risk of contamination across our kitchen, and also due to using a variety of suppliers. If you or your guests have a severe allergy please be aware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:

Cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats)
Crustaceans
Eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk
Molluscs
Mustard
Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)
