We are happy to take bookings through our social media, email or directly over the phone. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance then due 14 days prior to the event date. We do not offer refunds, unless we cannot fulfil the booking. Date changes will only be considered with ample notice, and dependent upon availability.

Travel charges

We are based in East Kent, and travel all over the South of England including London. We will happily consider any UK location, but travel costs will need to be discussed dependent on job size, distance etc.


Just Graze is not responsible for the disposal of waste.

As standard, a clear up service is not included in the price. However, we can return and clear away any mess, but this will incur a cost. The amount charged will be a reflection of event size, distance from our HQ, and also dependent on whether you need us to dispose of the rubbish. Please discuss directly with us.

Cutlery and Plates

We do not offer these as standard, but can provide sustainable equipment for an additional cost. Please let us know if this is something you require. In an effort to stay as environmentally friendly as possible, we use biodegradable wooden/bamboo cutlery and plates.A full price list is available upon request.

Foliage and floristry

Whilst all of our tables are decorated with a small amount of foliage, we are happy to offer a larger selection of foliage and or flowers, in order to really create a wow effect to the table at your event. This is something that can be tailored personally, and therefore we will discuss pricing options when a booking is taken. Prices start at £50, full price list available upon request.

On the day

All we need from you is a table! We use food safe paper to lay the food on, so we are able to lay a grazing table on most surface spaces. The beauty of this, being that you are able to get creative with your event in a whole new way! Think vintage dresser at a wedding, makeshift table top using old kegs in a barn etc. The list goes on! Just be sure to discuss this with us prior to the event to ensure your idea can come to fruition.

Dependent on the size of the table booked, we will need around 1-3 hours to unpack and set up your chosen table. We will then pack away and leave you to enjoy!

The table must be set up in a cool area which is out of direct sunlight, and the food must be disposed of after four hours.


We require onsite parking in order for us to unload. If there is no or limited parking, please let us know upon booking and we will try to make alternative arrangements.
